Prospective FFL Transfer customers must read and agree to the following FFL Transfer Terms and Conditions. These apply to Inbound FFL Transfer service, FFL transfers to Arkansas residents as well as our Outbound FFL Transfers and Shipping Services.

FEES:

Molon Labe Arms Co charges a fee for each of their FFL Transfer services. Refer to the individual service pages (linked above) for complete pricing details.

BACKGROUND CHECKS:

Background Checks are performed at the time firearms are picked up/transferred. All buyers must complete an ATF Form 4473 and pass the National Instant Criminal Check System (NICS) background and criminal history check before we can transfer possession of any firearm(s). There are NO exceptions.

STORAGE FEES:

We will make multiple attempts using all methods of communication available to us to ensure you have been sufficiently notified that your firearm/order has arrived and is ready to be picked up/transfer.

We have very little storage space. Unless specifically agreed upon otherwise, any firearm/order that remains in Molon Labe's possession for more than thirty (30) days past the date the customer was first notified that we received the firearm for a pickup/transfer, a storage fee of $5 per day will begin to accrue starting on day 31, in perpetuity. All transfer fees, shipping, and storage fees must be paid before Molon Labe Arms Co will release/transfer the firearm.

After ninety (90) calendar days, the item will be considered "abandoned".

ABANDONED ITEMS:

Firearms transferred to Molon Labe Arms Co are considered abandoned if not picked up within ninety (90) calendar days, unless arrangements are made within the 30 calendar day period after you the customer was first notified that the order is ready for pickup. Abandoned items become the property of Molon Labe Arms Co and will be retained, resold or disposed of at the sole discretion of Molon Labe Arms Co.

RETURNED OR CANCELLED TRANSFERS:

The Buyer/Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges should they wish to cancel and return a firearm to another FFL Dealer/seller after it has arrived at Molon Labe Arms Co. The Buyer will also pay a $20 surcharge to cover the cost of recording and processing the firearm.  NFA items will incur a $75 surecharge to cover the cost of recording and processing the firearm.

Transactions that are refused or are denied by the NICS Background Check system and need to be returned to the original FFL Dealer/Seller, will be charged a $20 Outbound FFL Transfer fee PLUS actual shipping and handling charges. Shipping fees vary by carrier, destination, dimension, and weight.

Molon Labe Arms Co is not responsible for firearms/orders that arrive damaged and/or are not the correct items. The Buyer must contact the originating FFL Dealer/Seller to discuss a resolution. In the event any firearms need to be shipped back to the FFL Dealer/Seller for any reason, the Buyer is responsible for actual shipping and handling charges.

INBOUND SHIPMENTS:

We only accept incoming firearm shipments from current, licensed FFL Dealers. We do not allow non-licensees (those without an FFL License, such as a private party individual) to ship firearms to us for transfer.

We ship and receive only Title I firearms (ordinary rifles, pistols, revolvers, shotguns, receivers, etc - NOT fully automatic or NFA items).

OUTBOUND SHIPMENTS:

We only ship firearms to other FFL Dealers with valid and current licenses. Molon Labe Arms Co will not ship any firearm until the receiving FFL Dealer provides us a signed copy of their FFL license. We ship and receive only Title I firearms (ordinary rifles, pistols, revolvers, shotguns, receivers, etc - NOT fully automatic or NFA items).

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any transfer firearm, in accordance with any Federal, State and Local laws. We do not inspect or test fire any firearms that are being transferred. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse and/or return any firearms at the Buyers expense that were misrepresented.

Additionally, we reserve the right to decline selling any firearm and/or deny any persons an FFL Transfer should we suspect criminal or fraudulent activity. K3 Armory will NEVER hesitate to report suspected criminal activity to the proper law enforcement agencies.
